I think the relatively friendly T/O will be rather routine. There's been no noise as to the opposite. It may be that they just want to get enough people voting to be representative given associated parties can't vote.

IMVHO. If theres a sharp move in CZI prices up or down or volumes that will be a clue.

I've said what I think Brahmin's motivation is: the Caspin shares / holding.

BTW: Moowee, isn't just 'strine version of Moet, as in Moet & Chandon, the Champagne, a la Bollinger?

Ha ha, took a while to understand your last sentence, but my handle has nothing to do with the bubbly stuff. For some inexplicable reason, it was my father's nickname.
