    "Caspin intends to apply for listing on the ASX (subject to receipt of necessary regulatory approvals) and raise
    IPO equity led by Ashanti Capital. More information in relation to the Demerger Scheme, the capital
    reduction, Caspin and any other resolutions in relation to Caspin will be set out in the Demerger Scheme
    booklet    , currently expected to be released in late August."
