A few points after a quick read, Current total shareholdings will have between 1/3 and 39.9% of the total shares on issue after the capital raising. Shares in account on 17/11/20 CHN may be invited to hold 10% current holders can apply.
Total of 50 to 60 million shares on issue after raising. So at 20cents, MKT CAP $10-$12mill.
About as expected, had hoped current shareholders to have 50% of shares on issue after the raising, and to be at the front of the queue for the raising.
Whether current shareholders get a reasonable crack at the raising or not is yet to be seen. When I rang them pre-demerger this issue remained cloudy at best.
