cassidy resigns from oxr board, page-26

Some good points Rupert but I wonder how likely it really is that OXR and ZFX are looking at the same target and are at an advanced stage. How would they know each other's target anyway (other than for Cassidy of course). Could be a reason for his resignation but has to be much more unlikely in my view than OXR deciding to make their move on ZFX.

Given Cassidy has roughly 900K OXR shares and 40K ZFX shares, it would seem to me that he would have a conflict if he was on the board of a co. which was making a takeover bid for a company in which he has a significant interest and from which he stood to benefit.

So he resigns from OXR (the predator in my view) and has no conflict/ nor involvement, should they bid for ZFX.

OXR bids for ZFX, and if successful, he might even get an invitation back to the Oxifex board.

Hope he's not leaving OXR because LGL are going to bid for the Ox! Wouldn't do much for my ZFX position.

Ox to bid for ZFX before Xmas is my call and it's gonna hurt if I'm wrong.
