cassidy resigns from oxr board, page-42

Been away for a few days and just saw Cassidys resignation. Seems to me in a "moral" world he would have had a conflict of interest and needed to resign/ leave the room when discussions began at OXIANA! re taking over Zinifex and not the other way around! as if he stayed @ Oxiana he would have been privy to confidential information and this could put him in an untenable position @ Zinifex.
