It's important to understand the psychology of the harder left , like how the greater number of stereotypical journalists must under basic rules parallel the personality of a psychopath, many other occupations also.
To appease their current (whatever/whoever/might be multiples that may be in their mind) leftist political god/authority the act of walking over all others in ways those more mentally healthy would see as abhorrent behavior is to them a manna from heaven scenario.
The quirk of human nature I mention below sees exactly how the stereotypical Australian left can rationalize such simple abuses and indeed any abuse if given the allowance.....because they can only rationalize in their political choices available while under the rules that guide psychopathic personalities....it's a massive catch 22 and it stands out like a neon sign on their collective forehead constantly.
A very enlightening experiment (now banned as not PC because it highlighted to unsuspecting individual psychopaths that they are actually a psychopathic personality....gotta love that reasoning) conducted many decades ago and reproduced even here in Australia not that long after showed the phenomenon whereby people who where not stereotypically recognizable as the single digit percentage psychopathic kind used all the time in media and in urban legend/conversation, became one when appeasing an authority's expectation of them .
We see the same personality's here on HC real regular and in media comment all the time like 9 to 1.....interesting too is that because we in Australia do not actually have a real political right in politics ...which party line must this 50% in population (yes 50%) of authority loving garden variety, suburban living commodore driving, footy match attending/coaching/ mortgage paying psychopaths be forced by nature to consider the dearest and most worthy political ideology to appease their natural psychopathic need?
People wonder how Hitler got his powerbase...same way, the 50% psychopaths don't care which party political doctrine they will defend...but that doctrine must by nature be one that is content to abuse others humanity.
That is why many people in Australia will defend this proposed law and any proposed law against majority free speech or individuality, why they can call paranoia with a straight face, or state that the risk is controllable somehow or any other come in spinner that might with even dumb luck end up appeasing their over arching psychopathic needs....always first, never last.
