I guess you could say that, however the operations of the company are not solely down to Mike Young. The company follows the direction from the entire board, not just the managing director. For that reason, I don't think Mike is breaching his duties as a director, nor is there a conflict of interest. CZI is a separate entity, with different management and directors and are most likely pursuing a different company strategy to that of BCI. Besides, we have only recently heard about the M&A's. I think there is definite progress towards further acquisitions or expansion and should here something before the end of the year I predict.

CZI sounds alright though. I'm going to have a look into it.
