    Could someone please explain what this acquisition of CSI is all about. Somewhat confusing for me. It looks so bloody complicated/ but probably is not. Please settle/modify my hurting brain, so that I may become enlightened again. In other words - what's it all about, and more importantly, is it beneficial for my holdings, in the long term, thanks in advance.
