    Bugs I like your posts and enthusiasm for this stock, but on one area I disagree. You state:
    • CMD is proceeding without third-party litigation funding, which is rare — and a huge plus for shareholders. If they win, there’s no payout to a funder — meaning a greater share of any award stays with the company and its holders.
    It's rare for a microcap to proceed without a litigation funder for good reasons: these arbitration proceedings will require us to assemble huge amounts of evidence, go through discovery/exchange/examination of opponents evidence, attend multiple hearings, and so on, over several years. With the proper qualified lawyers - which we will need to win - the cost is eye-watering. Going it alone is not a 'huge plus' - I would question whether the company can even gather the funds without huge dilution. Bear in mind also the loss in confidence amongst the major shareholders.

    We need a litigation funder, the sooner the better. I am still a believer, but this cannot be brushed over.
