I dont usually post on this site, quite happy to read the posts and keep my thoughts to myself but I feel I should say that I sent back my proxy forms yesterday in favour of ERM. Reason being simply that I am a firm believer in personal freedom and absolutely despise whether its the Government (especially the loopy left) or CEO's telling us what to say or think or interference in our lives and limiting the freedom of speech. What CEO Marshall did in suing shareholders is no different in what Nicola Roxon tried to legislate in that people are allowed to sue others if they are offended by speech and have the right to be offended. Any Government that tries to tell its citizens what to say, think and have everyone walk on egg shells needs to be severely knocked on the head and that goes for CEO's suing shareholders.
