Assuming the board is rolled and I am still not sure of that :

Personally I dont agree that Mr Marshall has a role to play I dont think you can cleanse the company and have a new start with the old architect there - That is why ERM have proposed his removal.

Whilst I respect Mr Bevan Warris and think he has a role to play - I think it's going to be hard for him to work with ERM in the future given how this has played out. I think it would be better to have a totally new board after the interim one.
