Lots of coloured paper here and had the phone call also which I was happy to tell them that I would prefer to not divulge the way I intended to vote.
A long term holder and not far out of the money but sick of how stagnant this share is so think its time for a change but...
Have seen this with other stocks before and normally vote against it because the statement 'if a company wants to control the Board then pay a premium and put in for a proper take over offer' is always used to good effect.
It's hard to go past this but in this case I think it's time. Any thoughts?
