maybe major holders aren't on board given how aurelias attempts went when feeling out for an equity raising for federation.. They can't sell size given how thin demand is. Management change may accelerate the slow bleed but at least its having a crack, they'll have to bring something to the table which does a lot more to generate interest from the buy side at likely lower prices vs the seemingly inexorable decline under current management with 0 track record and 0 ideas.
