As I recall Frank. Robert Maxwell and Bondy were sitting in a yatch off Monaco; drinking champagne and living the life disgraced tycoons normally lead; when Maxwell mentioned to Bondy that he was putting a bid in for a certain company and was going to make a motza.
As soon Bondy got off the yacht; he went away and back doored Maxwell and bought the company.
Maxwell vowed he would ruin Bondy.
The rest is history; Bond ended up loosing his memory and his freedom and Maxwell ended up loosing all his employees superannuation and his life.
