I got to page 86 and apart from sore eyes and mental tiredness was none the wiser.
Had hoped it would list before asking shareholders to stamp up with $0.20 a share for extra's, but as it is not, its hard to gauge what the company is worth?
Based on existing assets divided by shares on issue its theoretically valued at $0.31 a share, but that doesn't take into account risk, burn rate, probability of success or size of opportunity so guessing will list well below this.
Good to see Chairman underwritting some of the CR and CEO will be issued options at $0.25 with 3 year time frame.
Would be good to hear other's views who know more about the specific opportunity here...
