Mining, especially for those resources required for the renewable energy transition, are in insanely hot demand both on the ASX and elsewhere. If there's a chance CCZ is sitting on big deposits, I can imagine that would pique a hell of a lot of interest from overseas.

Copper is essential for the transmission lines that we will need to construct to distribute the renewable energy generation from remote areas to population centres. Copper in the 2020s is a sure bet, as sure as they come. Hopefully CCZ has managed to intercept a decent deposit (which so far seems they have), and we'll be laughing at the day people sold for under $1..
