I don't think they are deliberately lowering the price

If Bobcat is referring to Bergen as the noteholder Leu mentioned, then it is likely their selling

From memory they received a $100K fee for providing the funding. So the stock they received at 5.7c they can still sell out profitably here, even though they would prefer high prices naturally

This drilling should have been done months ago, but lets see how it goes. If they do strike bonanza, SOC should immediately purchase Bergen's remaining note from them to alleviate the pressure on the SP, cancel the IPO, still do the asset swap to clean up PMR and then roadshow for a raise at 10c, say $3M - new offices and independent board and I think you'll see high teens again as majors would be diluted to where they would be passive
