this was in SOC announcement of the deal >>>I can't find any rights on limitations of bergen selling of their shares?

Of course it would be in their interest to weaken the SP for average price of their free OPTS ....

...hope the SUGEC guys look to commit more their MOU ...they may well just try and take the lot for a song
