'Dear Manager, In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1, Echo IQ Limited (“the Company”, ASX:EIQ) requests the granting of a trading halt in EIQ’s ordinary securities listed on the ASX, pending an announcement with regards to a decision made by the American Medical Association regarding a Category III CPT code and a response to a price query letter received from the ASX on today’s date.
We request that the securities remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday, 21 May 2025 or when the anticipated announcement is released to the market.
The Company is not aware of any reason as to why the trading halt should not be granted and confirms there is no further information the Company can provide to the market regarding the request for the trading halt. '
