Rosey, TA is fascinating. Emotions drive markets and emotions are irrational....and yet when markets behave irrationally they tend to drive prices to very rational (IE mathematically precise) levels and they also tend to take a rational amount of time to do it. Also I would say that TA is all about probability and cross roads. If no IVR specfic news comes along but silver keeps rising and the general PM sector continues to rise then 30c is the rational first stop for IVR as it was support for the old top pattern and is now resistance.....but you are right, if some major stella kick ass results come out then we may need a new target and a new set of (rational) rules. For instance perhaps then that 30c target becomes the half way point of the rise??
