I've been a bit of research this weekend on TA and I think I understand why you are saying sub 10c is possible. However, as my posts above/elsewhere point out, your analysis doesn't factor in the unknown. Is IVRs case, the unknown should reveal itself fairly shortly.
I also tried to apply some fairly basic TA to my biggest wins over the years. The two biggest could not have possibly been predicted by TA.
