I have been holding to IOH because it seems to have compelling...

I have been holding to IOH because it seems to have compelling value at the current price, however I don't see a rise in the stock price unless there is a catalyst event.

The most significant catalyst I can currently think of is that Fortescue exercise their option on Iron Valley, due to expire in March. This would result in a payment of $25m to IOH.

Are there any other catalysts large enough to make a turn around in the price?
