I think that in that case, BWK would use their blocking stake. BWK could take a nice price but if CRH took control, they could effectively lock out other brick manufacturers from using Hadrian's technology. This would mean that other brick manufacturers can't compete with CRH in markets where CRH is present or toothpaste builds get a leg up where CRH is not present. If CRH got control of the tech, perhaps they would expand into Australia further. I don't think that BKW would let this happen.
