    It's hard to see where Pivacs want this to go to at this stage, are they looking to perfecto HX and prove the WaaS busines model, and they ramp up the share price for a merger/TO.

    Or they could be seeking to always maintain FBR as a R&D company and runs JV for revenues at the same time, gets every brick per laid.

    In short, are Pivacs looking to a quick retirement plan, or a long game?
