Interesting question ... the original goal was to own the IP through Goldwing Nominees Pty Ltd and Brick-bot was to be licensed to Hadrian Pty Ltd... Hadrian Pty Ltd was the entity where the angel investors put funds ... all except Dale Alcock and Garry Brown-Neaves who secured their investment in Goldwing.

It was only when Mark needed more funds and rattled the tin a second time that all the angels said yes but on the proviso we transfer all shares into Goldwing... it was after this that Brickworks did their initial investment.

Now if you believe Mark has the same goal then the WaaS entities are franchise versions of Hadrian Pty Ltd where they own the licence to use the HX110 licence to stack blocks. .... a second licence offering RaaS or Roof as a Service can be pinned onto the same entity or via a seperate entity.

Then comes PaaS or Paving as a Service. Then SaaS or Screeding ie Render / wet plastering external and internal walls...

Will it be the one machine or multiples ... I'm not a Mark Pivac so Id be guessing.
If it can be done I would design a base platform which is towed to site ... dropped where optimum ... then a robot chooses the appropriate booms which click into position ... walls, roof, render, ceilings, windows.

How about this for a disruption tech FBR builds to lo kup stage then builders come in and do the fidly stuff... $50 per share???
