I agree with you Dan however I believe profit outperformance will mainly come from a sensible aquizition strategy at an appropriate time.
Lets face it, you can only get so much organic growth from mature existing businesses and these guys look like they have reduced costs substantially and the best I would expect going forward would be sustainability.
At current levels and with continual balance sheet cleanup, The stock price will take care of itself.
No one seems to mention the tax credits this company has.
Currently a 7 million ebit is equivalent to a 10 million one.
If these guys do more or less the same performance on the go forward then time is the panacea for this stock.
