Pviews very good post, sums up the current situation very well.
IMO VPG is a who dares wins stock, just when people think these REIT's are all stuffed is when they bounce back.... but we're going to have to wait till 2009
My main concern with VPG is that the Debt to equity ratios are not terminally bad and they may use this to justify not selling assets in order to maintain the empire they have built
