So asset sales weren't material enough to stimulate demand, and I expect we wont hear much more news from VPG until the New Year given they had stockpiled up these sales to announce as a group. Good news is that still buying opportunity, and prospects are better now than before. However, the drift continues...
Does anyone have the roll dates and amounts for debt. I understand nothing of consequence this financial year, but how long after 30 June before rollover is required?
My main concern is that if other transactions are any indication (eg CNP, BNB), HBOS (ie a non Australian bank) will be looking to find the exit door. A bit ironic given our property market is arguably in better shape than UK.
