Patience
The start of better governance - I don't think there is anything to be worried about, the process for IPD has changed a bit and management will need to allow for this. The new Board is taking ownership of the management reporting as per below, better governance and responsibility been taken by the board on behalf of the SH as opposed to "Rick signing off on Rick" as was the case for years under the former mob.
