There is no info that I can see that specifies what they do.
It only states funding to $1M USD for exporation.
So far review of historical info and rock chip sampling will commence....deal signed in June 2020!
No mention of any deal for future funding or what it might entail at what ratio.
Unless there's info not disclosed its not a great deal done by LRS management IMO
