Do your dooms day analysis. Say demand is only 50% of PEN's initial estimates or U price falls substantially. Not great outcomes, but as a probable leading low cost producer PEN will still be very profitable.
The ONLY major factor I see for PEN is getting mining approvals. After those its all good.
