I don't agree with you wole on sentiment as a decisive factor.
There are umpteen nuclear plants (I can't remember the number) in existence and many many more in the pipeline, all needing fuel.
The hardheads are not worried about sentiment, except in the mgmt of it, and will be powering ahaed.
PEN is in a great position and returns will come soon enough.
