I think your right in terms of the company now having clarity in terms of a new regulatory framework. Unfortunately though I think the market will still perceive cabcharge as being uncertain for quite some time. I also don't think the latest results reflected the full impact of reduced revenue (its margin has been cut from 10 to 5 percent in some states). I also have a back ground in the taxi industry and can confirm how brutal the proposed legislation is on taxi licence holders (many of whom are set to lose homes which they used as a guarantee to purchase licences under the previous structure).
