That was the previous analysis. It worked out due to the time of year we got a break of the Blue support line. The Bulls rallied quicly to take it back to the ML. But The Bears won that battle dropping it below the 38.20% again. I'll be watching this closely this week to see if we can't get some movement out of this now.
