Dont forget that asset sales are always an option. The company is likely to find willing buyers for its share in Elders Rural Bank quite easily if they need to.
I still think that the market has been too harsh on ELD, Current RSI is 11!!! Its a way oversold!
Anyway, the market is always right, i bought it today at 35c and thought that it wont go any lower. However, had to sell at 33.5c before closing auction.LOL, i am not going to fight the market!
From memory NTA was $1.63 last march, and they have $110m in cash,so there is a good margin of safety in the short term, but the market is ignoring it so far.
ELD is a very risky share to trade, but the potential reward is massive as well.
