I missed the boat at the $1.15 mark which is annoying. But at that stage I had $30k tied up in the SPP I did have some free cash but I didn't want all my eggs in one basket. I loaded up at an average of $1.26 which isn't nearly good as $1.15 but still good enough. NIC is now my largest holding. I have faith.
I doubt we will be seeing sub $1.20 again.
