buy and hold when resource sector wanes in 2 or more years, though i do keep an eye on most biotechs just incase, @ vleast 1 year before techs are even close to making $ some are working on great things but still quite some time for things to fall in place, i note a few biotechs moving north fast then pulling back harder to all time low
