This is once a life time oppotunity.

Most of the REITs are in 5-10% of their peaks.

Incomes per year are twice the SP.
Among those I like these the most:
VPG (Fund managers started to accumulate this back from Oct 2008. Steady cash flow into this stock in the past 6 months)
MDT(Volumn doubled in the past two months. Sign of bottom)
CER(Volumn doubled in the past two months. Sign of bottom)
AEZ(Volumn picked in the past two months. Hugh increases last friday. Might be a big day this coming week).
MCW(200% up from lowest, very highly traded stock. Lowest risk among these.)

I have VPG, lifang has CER.

Might move some of my money to MDT and aez as well.
