As well as the fundamentals I take great comfort in the quality staff MEO has attracted in the past year or so. These guys are top of the game and have resigned long term secure positions with big oil to join MEO.

You've gotta ask yourself (well I do anyway) what for? Risk a career, home and family maybe and reputation to join some tin pot go nowhere company. I don't think so.
