Time to face facts and stop snuffling.

For centuries and increasingly so over recent decades, we have been polluting our atmosphere with anthropogenic carbon. Natural atmospheric processes cleaned up this pollution when we were burning only minor amounts of fossil fuels and when we were burning biomass we were part of the natural cycle.

Nature is no longer cleaning up enough of our filthy carbon pollution. Much of the excess remains in the atmosphere, contributing to global warming. The evidence is overwhelming and it is time to pay the price.

For many of us that will be a tax.

    Get used to it.

The rest of humanity is/will be paying one way or another.
