The proposed tax is nothing more than a money grab by a socilist incompentent govt wanting to redistribute wealth.
If Australia stopped all emissions tomorrow if would not even register on a global scale.
The relationship between between carbon emissions and global warming is irrelevant and un proven.
Gillard/Brown treat Australians like fools and are attempting to make more depenant on them.
Simple cause and effect thinking.
Labor = more tax and waste.
