It’s certainly not investors fault so let’s put that one to bed . If it turns out any losses are down to incompetence of management then there are two levels of address :
1. that the situation is noted by the investor community as a future risk consideration
2. That the incompetence breached duty to uphold shareholders legal rights to have their interests protected as shareholders by company representatives at all times
2. is very difficult and expensive to prove and take meaningful action over
Nothing is proven or concluded as yet but investors are currently in a bad financial situation with wfe and quite rightly concerned . Mgmt are still in place and responsible for shareholders best interests so that needs to conclude with passage of time . It’s not guaranteed disaster at this stage but looks grim .
Ball is now firmly in mgmt court now I think . Let’s review when we see next steps .
