Undrilled tcf of any sort mean diddly imho, and size is but one factor determining if/when they get developed.
So long as it's not too deep or distant, I"ll take a 2 tcf gas field with 60 bbl/mmscf of condensate and 3% CO2 over a 12 tcf field with no liquids and 20% CO2 any day.
The former will get to first gas within 5 to 10 years, and make a bundle. The later will cost $100's mm of studies over the next decade, then still be sitting in the development queue.
