    In the recent announcement regarding funding for the new tonkas no details were given as to who is providing this loan.

    Reading it one could assume that the provider of the equipment was behind the Loan?
    Is this so and if who is the equipment vendor?
    One company in Angola that has had relationships with Caterpillar is Intraco which is a subsidiary of ITM.

    I think a bit more clarity from LOM about this loan is required.
