a) One can not possibly negate a statement that includes "IMO". If it is one's opinion, then it is one's opinion.
b) There is no "sole risk" clause that I have seen published. It is upon FAR and any partners with whom they enter into a JOA to fulfill exploration obligations as signed. Nice try.
c) My post did not mention a "drill or drop" option. That is a complete confabulation on your part. I suggest you consider adjusting your eyeglass prescription, your psych meds, or both... as advised by your physician (but I would likely seek a 2nd opinion at this point).
