CN said that the best is to have the wells drilled for nothing, so I would suspect retaining a lower % and have no $ risk. I would be in that.
A bit like the PE, $1 mil risk and a lot to gain.
Just looking at the shorts, FAR's short % is coming down, but WPL is up in the 3 yr high region.
