The market is flush with great blue sky stories provided oil price holds or rises.
The punters are not buying it - say ho hum show me the money.
The best hope for early gain is TO
PE is simple question - - does change in ownership of JV holder constitute change in ownership of asset. Would a buyer of FAR get their PE rights to the exclusion of other JV partners ?
If YES then the whole concept of PE rights appears phony unless there is appropriate provision in the JV agreement.
It would be odd if this question has not risen before.
For FAR much hangs on the answer.
