I thought FAR were seeking declaratory relief on if they have PE rights, rather than who the holder is.
I think I can see where you are coming from where if PE rights were ignored then the clock gets reset and theoretically COP are the owner again? but I dont think COP will ever get the SNE interest or the BV entity back, not even for a second before it is handed directly to FAR if FAR win.
