Sorry, I reread my statement. Just to clarify, I am referring to the owner of Senegal BV and not the 35%. The legal holder of BV is either WPL or COP..
If WPL can action all decisions with no repercussions, it could be a means of keeping a percentage of the JV (2nd purchase) even if they lose PE. It will be more expensive to purchase this time around however.
