I wonder what happens if the court decides that the COP - WPL deal is off, FAR has the right to PE and COP decides, that due to changed world oil prices, the spluttering shale oil, the fact more oil has been discovered and the outcome of FAR PE case, to keep the Senegal permits? Can they do that?
